No formal qualifications are needed. If you're a working heating engineer, plumber or installer, you already have the grounding to get a lot out of the day. We start with the fundamentals and build up — so you'll keep pace whether you've been on the tools for two years or twenty.

It's a full day — typically 9am to 5pm, with breaks and lunch included. One day, one course. You'll leave with the complete 10 Steps framework and be ready to apply it on your very next job.

Yes. Complete Hydronics Unlocked and you'll earn a recognised Low Temperature Heating qualification. Every course also counts towards your Continuous Professional Development — Foundations carries 7 hours of CPD.

Foundations is the one-day, in-person masterclass that gives you the 10 Steps framework. Unlocked is the online course that builds depth — exercises, simulators and animations you work through at your own pace. Most engineers start with Foundations, then go deeper with Unlocked.

You're not on your own once the day ends. Every learner joins our community of engineers, where you can ask questions, share jobs and get input from tutors and peers long after the course finishes.

Most engineers do. Course fees are a recognised business training cost, and your booking confirmation works as a VAT invoice. If you need a purchase order or a tailored invoice for your company, just let us know when you book.
