DECISION-LED TRAINING
10 Step Hydronics.
The practical process behind every heating system.

Knowledge is everywhere. Applying it is the challenge.
Hydronics is much better understood than it used to be.
Manufacturer training. Low temperature courses. Peer-to-peer learning.
Knowledge isn't the problem anymore. The challenge is knowing what to do with it on a real job.
You wouldn't fit a kitchen without a plan
You'd soon be firefighting a load of avoidable problems.
Heating systems are no different. Build the plan first and you'll know if it'll work. If it won't, you'll know what to change.
10 Step Hydronics
10 Step Hydronics is our practical, repeatable process for planning, optimising and troubleshooting heating systems.
Unlike conventional training, the 10 Steps runs in the order you use it on a job, introducing the theory at the right time:
- Heat loss during the survey.
- Flow rate, flow and return temperatures and resistance when you're planning the system
- Balancing and control configuration when you're commissioning it.
At every stage you'll know what to check, what comes next and what to go back and change if you need to.
Put it to work
10 Step Hydronics means no surprises.
When you arrive on the job, you'll already know if pipework needs changing, what to set the pump to and how to configure the controls.
You'll have designed out all the problems before they cost you time and money.
If there are unforeseen problems, you'll know where to make adjustments.

Learn it once. Use it everywhere.
Boilers and heat pumps will continue to evolve, but the rules that govern heating systems won't.
The 10 Steps help you apply those rules consistently, whatever the heat source and whatever the job.
