SheffieldPaul Leedham
Paul is a nationally recognised heat pump expert and trainer who combines deep technical knowledge with real-world installation and design experience. A qualified electrician and heating engineer, he has led award-winning air and ground source projects and delivers hands-on training that reflects what works on site. He chairs key MCS and GSHPA groups and sits on national working panels, keeping his teaching ahead of the curve and aligned with the future of low carbon heating.

West MidlandsCliff Arnold
With decades of experience in heat pump design and commissioning, Cliff is a leading expert on system performance. His background in product development, technical support and training gives him a rare ability to connect principles with real-world delivery. As Head of Heat Pump and HVAC Design at Bell Plumbing Supplies, he leads on specification and optimisation. Cliff brings hands-on insight to every project and is passionate about helping engineers succeed in low carbon heating.

PooleDan Booker
Dan has over 20 years in electrical and renewable installations and now heads up H2-Eco’s design arm where he supports local installers in fitting high-performing heat pumps. He has delivered projects from small domestic upgrades to large commercial systems and trained installers nationwide in low temperature hydronics and heat pump technology. Dan is driven by a passion for solving complex technical challenges and advancing sustainable heating.

ScotlandScott Sanford
Scott is a the technical training manager with SNIPEF, supporting heating engineers across Scotland to build confidence and competence in modern low-carbon systems. With a background in installation and a strong focus on heat pump technologies, Scott combines technical understanding with a practical, supportive teaching style. He’s particularly passionate about raising standards and building a strong installer network across Scotland.

NorthamptonKimbo Betty
Kimbo is a pioneer in hands-on heating system training and the founder of Heating Academy Northampton. With a background as an installer, he became one of the UK’s best-known trainers, famous for his no-nonsense, practical approach and deep understanding of hydronics. His focus on flow, resistance and system behaviour helped thousands of engineers see heating systems in a new light. While he’ll now be delivering exclusively from his base in Northampton.
